After the 1st week, you can receive free Candy Coins from Level-Up (1 each level) and fullfilling quests (blue bock symbol at left side of main screen).

Furthermore you can get some CC gifts when you reached level 50 and above. But the CC gift is random and you need some active friends to collect some;-)

From gang cockfights you can gain randomly some special CC gifts (not CC, but for buying them you got to spend some CC otherwise).
