I've thrown dozens of parties and i cannot for the life of me recruit any Celtic or Arabic divine girls. Europeans, Asians, Africans, and Latino - no problem. Scandanavian girls are a little rarer, but not by much, but i have only managed one Divine Celtic and one Divine Arabic girl. Is there a tweak with alcohol, or are they just rare as shit?
