Anyone know what the Special Service are in massage parlours and how to use them?

Well, I'd like to know this too.... Those special services arrive from time to time as a "Customer request for would be paying more", but there is nothin' to find  in order to to train, buy or even set it up..

Special Service are in massage parlours is an unfinished update, there is no way you can fulfil what is asked, unless the devs decide to come back to it and finish it off or take the special service out.
