In general you got to be something above level 30 (so you can set the slider for sex appeal (SA) to 100, sorry currently i don't have an avatar at this range).

With 98 SA you had a good girl (which can also be used for soccer team, because casting recruiting does not increase your dick size, unlike the jobs you do for regular recruiting, so keep one slot free for recruiting 95+ girls to your soccer team, no need to test them just recruit them and throw them away when they don't fit/make your team better).

Biggest advantage of casting tent is the option to determine the ethnic and the temper of your actress.
